Recovering from injuries can be supported and accelerated naturally. Here are two plant extracts and one supplement that can reduce inflammation and alleviate pain.
Arnica Oil
Arnica is a plant that grows in temperate climates like Northern America and Europe. Arnica flowers are yellow and 2 cm wide. They contain an important chemical called helenalin which reduces inflammation. You can read more about Arnica oil here.
Peppermint Essential Oil
To reduce pain, peppermint essential oil is great. Applied topically, it acts as an anesthetic.
Apply 3-4 drops directly on the injury up to 3 times a day. If it is a large surface, feel free to dilute in a carrier oil.
